Terms and Conditions for Kenai Fly Fish: River Fishing Trips
Deposit and Payment Policy
To secure your fishing adventure with us, a 50% deposit is required upon booking. This deposit ensures your preferred dates are reserved exclusively for you. The remaining balance of your charter fee is due one month prior to your scheduled trip. Failure to complete the payment by this deadline will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and cancellation of your booking.
Arrival and Start Time
Your fishing trip will commence at the time previously agreed upon with your guide. It is crucial to arrive on time to maximize your experience. Should you fail to arrive for your charter without prior notification, you will forfeit the full payment of the charter. If clients are delayed by more than an hour without communicating, the trip will be considered canceled, and full payment will be lost.
Cancellation Policy
- More Than 30 Days Before Charter: Cancellations made outside of 30 days from your charter date are eligible for a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.
- Within 30 Days of Charter: Cancellations within 30 days of your charter date will result in the forfeiture of the full payment.
Charter Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any charter due to mechanical issues, extreme or unsafe weather conditions, or other circumstances that may compromise safety. In such events, we will endeavor to reschedule your trip to another suitable date or arrange for another charter boat captain when possible. If rescheduling is not feasible, you will receive a full refund.
What’s Included
Your rate includes all necessary tackle, fishing gear, waders, and the filleting of your catch. Upon request, breakfast and cold sandwiches can be provided. We can also assist in recommending local fish processing services for those who wish to keep their salmon catch.
